Migration approach

Controlled change. Clear ownership at every stage.

01

Discovery and audit

Review CUCM, PSTN, dial plan, sites, trunks, call flows and dependencies. Identify what must move, what can stay and what needs redesign.

02

Design and dial plan

Define the Webex Calling target state, Local Gateway model, routing, number plan, coexistence and rollback requirements.

03

Pilot and validation

Prove registration, inbound and outbound calling, emergency routing, feature behaviour and operational support before wider rollout.

04

Cutover waves and handover

Execute phased migrations, resolve day-one issues and leave the implementation documented for the team that will run it.

Security assessment

Review collaboration as part of the security boundary.

Collaboration platforms are routinely left outside wider security programmes. That creates gaps across the SBC, edge, signalling, media and firewall policy.

The assessment treats those components as one system. The deliverable is a written findings report with prioritised remediation steps, focused on practical exposure and configuration risk.

Assessments can be scoped as a standalone engagement without a migration.
